My painting Silk Wrapped was honored with the Jarvis Award in the 2007 Canadian Society of Painters in Water Colour Open Water Exhibition.
I was reading the Article "Top of the Web" in the March '08 issue of the Artist's Magazine. The photo of your work on the lead page piqued my interest. I initially thought the watercolour "Silk Wrapped" was a beautiful photograph! I was stunned to realize that is is a watercolour. Absolutely beautiful! As an observer it makes me wonder who the woman is and why she has wears that expression.

totally awesome painting. I wish I could watch this painter to see how they leave their highlights and other colors in a watercolor like this. It is amazing! LJ
